Firefox 1.0.7 版新鮮事中較值得一提的有：
* 修正讀取連字符（soft-hypen）網址時可能產生的緩衝區溢位漏洞
* 避免由其他程式傳來的網址經 Sheel 執行（Linux 專有問題）
* 修正讀取內含「eval」敘述句的 Proxy 自動設定檔（PAC）時會當機的問題
* 恢復 InstallTrigger.getVersion() 功能，方便擴充套件設計師取用。
